Player Eligibility Requirements

• Have valid legal capacity to accept the terms of this agreement.

Registration and Identity Verification

When registering, players are required to provide complete and accurate personal information. v12bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time to meet compliance requirements. Accounts containing false or incomplete information may be suspended or terminated. Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in funds being frozen and all related accounts being closed.

Accepted Payment Methods

v12bat accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All these payment methods support a minimum deposit and withdrawal of RM50.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Approved withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour. This timeframe is subject to full player identity verification and fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. v12bat does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawal transactions.

Transaction Verification and Security

To ensure the security of financial transactions, v12bat reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to verification of the source of funds, identity verification and review of betting records. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same account or payment method used during the deposit.

100% Welcome Bonus Up to RM888

New players are eligible to receive a first bonus of 100% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit RM100, a RM100 bonus will be credited and your balance becomes RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before withdrawal is permitted. For a maximum deposit of RM1,800, a RM888 bonus is credited making the balance RM2,688, with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus claim per eligible player, family, IP address or device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or converted directly into cash.
• Promotion abuse, including low-risk betting to fulfil wagering requirements, may result in the bonus being voided.
• v12bat reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Other promotions such as cashback, birthday bonuses and referral programmes have their own terms which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

VIP Programme

v12bat offers a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier provides weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0% and Gold up to 1.5%. Players can move to a higher tier based on their betting activity over time.

Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised tools while playing.
• Communicating or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Obtaining funds through unlawful means or using the platform for money laundering activities.
• Opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonus benefits.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the system.

Account Suspension and Closure

v12bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account for reasonable grounds, including violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Players whose accounts are terminated due to a violation are not entitled to any compensation for balances that have been confiscated.

Liability Disclaimer

v12bat operates under international licensing and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including losses in games, service disruptions or transaction delays caused by factors outside its control. The platform is provided "as is" and v12bat makes no ongoing warranty regarding the availability or performance of its services.

Finality of Game Results

All game results recorded by the v12bat server are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the player's screen and the server records, the server records will be used as the reference. Any dispute relating to game results must be submitted to customer support within 72 hours of the incident.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which v12bat holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through v12bat's internal process will be referred to the relevant arbitration body. Players acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring that online gambling activities comply with their local laws.
